Volunteers Needed

It would be great to get some volunteers to help with the following:

• web/graphic designer — all the info is here, but it ain’t pretty. Could do with a proper logo too
• web dev: maybe the same person, but we should move the site from Notion soon
• online community builders + moderators: no hard commitment, but able to spend some time on X and discord when things get rolling. Also Facebook, Bluesky, and LinkedIn at some stage
• policy wonks: anyone with parliamentary experience forming policies around our key issues, would be great to have you involved as we start to put more meat on the policy bones
• outreach: if you have good contacts in the other parties, would be good to get a few sympathetic ears in each camp
• media liaison: it would be great to have someone with good contacts in the hot seat when we hit a tipping point of media inquiries, press kits etc
• funding: we’re happy paying our own bills for now, but at some point will welcome deeper pockets to really get the message out there. Not accepting any donations yet, just taking contact info for when we’re ready
• general: “I’d like to be involved, I think I could help with X/Y/Z”

People can remain anonymous if preferred, as it encourages open debate, avoids ad-hominem attacks, and allows people from other parties to get involved and help shape the party into something they feel they can switch over to. Can always use both an anon and identified account to discuss, best of both worlds if you can juggle it.

And not just during this incubation phase, but my vision would be for this kind of transparent and open discussion on all policy and party planning to remain central to how the party operates.
